How do we pair?

One of you sends the invite at the end of setup (or later, from the Window: Invite your love bird). The other opens Love Birds, taps "I have an invite code" on the first screen and enters the six-character code. Codes last two days.

Do we both need to pay?

No. One Love Birds+ plan covers both of you while you're paired.

How do I cancel?

In Love Birds, open Settings, then Love Birds+, then Manage subscription. Or in your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Love Birds. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends. We send a reminder two days before.

I got a new phone

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Love Birds, then Settings, then Love Birds+, and tap Restore purchases. Your letters come back from iCloud.

A bird didn't show up

Both phones need to be signed in to iCloud. Open Love Birds to fetch new letters right away. The widget catches up on its own within about an hour, and notifications need to be on to hear about a landing.

Unpairing and your data

Settings, then Your love bird, then Unpair. You each keep the letters you received. More about your data in the privacy policy.
